DTG recently completed the on-line ticket system for the Governor’s Footguard which brought in over 3000 guests to the 2011 Governors Inaugural Ball at the Hartford Convention Center on January 5, 2011 for Governor Malloy.

The project of electronically registering guests for the Governors Inaugural Ball started the first week of December. Working with Lt Col. Dennis Conroy and Lee Fongemie, the staff of DTG had its hands full in getting this custom web application out in a timely manner and then following it thru to the nite of the ball.

Merchant accounts had to be setup to handle the credit card purchases for the tables the night of the ball to reports that provided table seating charts, food quantities and other bits of information that were needed to make the event less stressfull.

Also email accounts had to be setup to ensure ongoing correspondence between the guests and the staff of the Governors Footguard who were managing the event.

DTG provided staff at the night of the ball to help out with the 3000 plus attendees that just could not wait to get in.
